Default CEL 1 problem

This winter I currently put the GReddy 18G w/intercooler in my '00 Civic Si. I never had any problems with it until recently. About a month ago my car threw CEL 1 (bad O2 sensor, short or open in circuit). At first I just thought my O2 went bad so I replaced it and took it for a drive to make sure that CEL would not come back. It didn't so I put the ECU with the Blue Box back into the kick panel and went to fire it up again and it would barely start. When it did it idled terrible and threw the CEL 1 again. So I took the ECU and Blue Box back out, reset the ECU and started it up again. This time it ran fine but the ECU was just sitting on the floor. Took it out for a drive again (about an hour) and nothing went wrong. Once again put the ECU and Blue Box back in the kick panel and started it. As to my surprise, same thing happened again. So now I'm thinking it is a short or open in the circuit. I inspected the white wire (O2 sensor) in the 31P connector and nothing was wrong with it. No damaged insulation, wire showing or anything. Basically I'm really confused. I'm trying to get it to run right so I can get it to the dyno but whenever the ECU is put back into it's place is when the problem arises. I'm having a terrible time figuring this out. Car also smells very rich. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Here is my current set-up

GReddy 18G
GReddy FMIC
GReddy FCU ( for now)
AEM Fuel Rail
AEM Fuel Pressure Regulator
RC 310cc Injectors
NGK BRK7E plugs (.30 gap)
A'PEXi VAFC (since turbo all settings have been reset back to factory)
Timing is still advanced two degrees from when I was N/A

Thanks in advance.
