Default cat or no cat for my turbo exhaust

will a non-high flow cat b bad for me once i go boost? i will b runnin 2.75" downpipe
with a 2.5" exhaust, but right now it's rly loud, not raspy, just loud so i wanna add a cat
will that hinder my performance under boost?

the turbo quiets your exhaust down. i do not recomend a using a cat.

2.5" exhaust use to be very loud when vtec kicks in, after turboed low and deep tone, no cat before and after turbo, same 2.5" piping

You should get a Magniflow high-flow cat. It has been proven they create less than 1psi of backpressure in your exhaust system, and it'll greatly reduce your exhaust noise. Plus you will be running clean emissions. Btw, if your worried about bachpressure switch to a 3" exhaust with the 3" cat.

Thats what Im running on my stock LS-T, 3" high flow MagnaFlow with a 3" exhaust, and I've been pretty happy with it.
