Car is surging
My setup

Stock engine and block
255 walboro

I need some help with my car, yesterday my car started surging between 1,000 and 2,000 RPM. So today I took out the IAC and cleaned it out, now the car is steady reving at 1,300 RPM. I checked for air leaks and I found nothing. What else should I look for?
