Default car smokes need help!!!

ok so i have a 95 gsr bottom 99si head eagle h beam rods je pistons 9:1 acl bearings running 19psi ..after my car warms up if im at low rpm,coming to a stop, down shifting , or shifting from 2nd-3rd and sometimes 3rd-4th i will blow out some blue smoke do smell oil and losing some i installed a catch can which helped a little bit but still smokes ..doesnt smoke at WOT but after WOT and running it hard if i come to a stop it will chug smoke like a chiminey then stop eventually has all new valves, seats were done, all new rings pretty much everything is brand new was at a machine shop for work on the block and head etc.... so idk what it could be any help would be great thanks

rings not placed properly???or ur oil is overheating,full synthetic dont mess around

Sounds like the rings werent seated when breaking in the engine and might be getting some blow-by. Did you get the walls honed when it was under the knife?

royal purple oil 5w-30 ....did use the break in oil to start when i had it on the dyno..i personally staggered the rings 180 apart when i installed them and yes i did have the walls honed when it was at the shop

Now for the break in. Try to vary the revs as much as possible, with alot of short blasts. It is very important that you let the engine "brake" itself by just letting off the throttle and letting the vehicle slow down on it's own, while in gear. This creates a vaccum in the cylinder and forces the rings outward, which wears down the peaks in the cylinder's fresh hone. Do this for the first 20 miles, and then proceed to beat the **** out of the motor, up to it's maximum rev range, as long as it is tuned accordingly. As long as the bearings are within spec and the rod bolts were torqued correctly, there is NOTHING to worry about.

well the break in oil is out of it now i took it out when i got back from the dyno and had RP in it ever since its bin going on for about 4 months now im gonna do a compression test and leak down test and see what i get it is possible i cracked a ring
