I had just finished installing a turbo on my 1993 civic DX and the only thing I touched other then the oil sender, was the brake boost vacuum for my BOV, I checked everything..
1. There is gas..
2. There is compression..
3. There is spark..
4. There is AIR!!!
Those 4 rules it should start, but my luck it isnt.. Any suggestions?

..........do a compression test and leakdown test. Post the results - if you have fuel, spark, and compression - it has to be a mechanical problem somewehre.
Maybe the starter clutch is no good - maybe the starter isn't drawing enough amperage. Maybe your throttle plate is stuck...........start checking things over again.
