Car hesitating/studdering
Assuming this is the car in your signature, I would hazard a guess at looking at your fuel maps around your VTEC engagement point. When you are running in open loop, extra fuel so car feels fine through this area. But once it is warmed up, it quits giving extra fuel, so map leans out around your engagement point. What do you have your vtec engagement point set to?
Also, instead of driving normally, if you just floor it to the top of your RPM range, does it still do it? Being at WOT would force it into open loop (like when the car is warming up) and I am guessing that it would make it go away. If that does happen, have a look at your fuel maps.

It's a problem with Hondata, I have the same Hesitation about 3-4krpm. It runs rich in that certain area. It can be worked out with street tuning.
