Default Car falls on it face, wierd issue.

So i drive 100 or so miles today, and the entire time kept it under 5k, so im almost home and do a nice pull (8k) or so. So it falls on its face and starts hesistanting, at this time im in vacuum (-10-15hg) and my afrs are really rich in the 11 range for about 10 seconds. So i chill on it and try it again later, sure enough its like hitting at wall @6k, then in vacuum its really rich, any ideas?

Built b16a, t3t4, crome ecu, zeitronix wideband, (tuned by me)

Just checked it, everything is intact, plus my boost gauge Ts off that line and it shows accurate pressure (both in vacuum and boost)
