Default car burning oil

ok here is my setup

b18b1 (motor has about 500 miles on it) rebuilt stock everything except cams and springs
crower stage 2 turbo cams and springs
60 trim percision turbo (only 500 miles on it)
tail 38mm wastegate
revhard bov
10psi tuned on crome

it does not smoke while starting car, idleling, or normal driving but once you build about 5psi and let off the gas it starts to smoke really bad about 2 seconds after letting off the gas. during a hard pull it does not smoke as bad but when you let it idle after that it smokes for about 10 secs and then it goes away.
car runs great idles great and moves thru the RPMs as if you didnt think there was a problem. i am stumped but i am leaning towards the turbo seal on the exhaust side.
i have only had this car running for about a month... turbo and all are brand new

plugs show no sign of oil build up on them. i have drivin this car about 200 miles since it started to smoke.... i was on a 4th gear pull about 80 mph when it just all of a sudden started to pour out smoke. blue smoke and i know it is oil.
no oil in catch can and i vented the valve cover
no oil in charge pipes
no oil after turbo in down pipe? but it is white

turbo has some shaft play. this is my first turbo car so i am not sure what it should feel like but it does have play. enough to feel it tap to one side when pulling or pushing the shaft.

leak down test

cylinder #1 14%
#2 5%
#3 10%
#4 10%

any suggestions or anything would be great. any previous experiance also

What color is the smoke? Did you rebuild it yourself or get it done at a shop?

well this morning I felt the turbine shaft play and it moves side to side and also up and down just as bad. I am going to call percision today and figure something out

having the ability to move the shaft in your turbo around like a pogo stick kinda points you in a direction by itself... Willing to bet the seals in your turbo are showing signs of going bad...

Is it just me or does it look as if the tips of the exhaust blade were hitting the housing? Def looks like its the turbo causing the smoke.

yeah it wasnt though... i think it is just a recess in the housing... but the turbo is being warrentied thru perceision so i am happy about that... just a 3 week turnaround.... this happen the day i got the car retuned for 10psi.... so i am kinda pissed.... that i build it and break motor in install turbo and then bam ... must tear apart and send turbo off in mail just to wait some more... huh

haha you should search some of my posts, i done a 1-2-3-2 shift 50 miles after getting off the dyno. Cracked the head, so you can imagine what the valve train looked like. Got it back together just to find out the crank was warped and spun a main bearing. After building it for the 3rd time i find out the turbo seals were blown, prob due to the mis-shift. Car was off the road for over a year lol i even dropped insurance on it why it sat.

Im on my 3rd
