Any clifford alarm but you have to add the auto start options!

does anyone recommend one of these? Or is a basic car alarm coupled with a basic turbo timer better?

I have an Astroflex remote start kit and love it. Before I turn the key off, I just hit the remote start the car will stay on for 2 minutes (long, but that was the minimum time). It was a cheap way to add both turbo timer and alarm all at once, plus I got keyless entry now too. I'm working on a way that the only way to start the car is remote only, meaning no way could someone hotwire it....we'll see if it works

OK OK OK...i have been a car audio installer for about 9 years now.....the best alarm for you will be a "Compustar"...made by a company called first tech....they work great....and are setup for use with a manual trans......i use a compustar in my turbo teg.....just make sure u buy the alarm by a REAL compustar dealer....BTW 99% of shops will not install the autostart/TT feature in manual cars....you will have to find a good installer to get it put in......good luck

I had that issue to. I will say the alarm is the best/safest option out there for autostart on a manual. The TT was just an added bonus in the deal for me. Also the range of the remotes is beyond any other brand i have seen.

Compustar
