Canadian Model EX????

Is there a Difference between a US Civic EX civic and a Canadian Model EX? my friend says he has a 1994 Canadian EX and that it has 150HP Stock is it true?

not true.
but in canada the ex is a 4 door.
the Si is a coupe(ex and si have same d16 motor with 127)
and SiR is dohc vtec with 160
