That's definitely a TO4E compressor housing.

Now you just gotta pull off the housings and measure the inducer and exducer on both, and check for any number markings and bring them back to us.

The turbine side should say .48 A/R, .63 A/R, or .82 A/R. The compressor side should say .50 A/R, but there should be a name plate with serial and model numbers on the back plates.

That's because it is a T3/T4 "hybrid".

Using the T3 internal gate seems like a bad match for the T4 compressor. The car that this is intended for will produce way too much exhaust for that little wastegate flapper to handle.

But you could just unbolt the internal wastegate and replace it with a standard 5-bolt T3 flange.

BTW the thing isn't professionally done. Someone just bought some parts on Ebay and decided the make it themselves. I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't rebalanced after swapping the compressor wheels.

yea there is this part of the turbo by the turbine side that cover the wastegate wich it can be unbolted but you will still see the wastegate ... how can I tap that internal wastegate.. and make it external ?

One of those DSM turbo companies makes a hybrid with a T66 comp wheel in a TO4E housing with an internal gate, so I don't think a T3/TO4E 57-trim or whatever this is is too much of a strech.

You can't rule this out as a hybrid that somebody made in their back yard untill we know what kind of exhaust wheel is in it.
