I am currently using a 88 CRX paper gasket in my d16z6 because it was $18 vs. the z6 metal gasket which is $58. *grin*

I Use a Blitz 7 layer head gasket on my Type-R and run 7psi no problem. Inlinepro has head gaskets but they did not lower my compression enough but they might work for you. Just ask Inlinrpro they are the ****!

fmax does not make one. They supply the rIdeal one with their kits as an option. I think it's made by mr. gasket. I have it and it's held up fine for 18months and 2 motors. It gives you ~8.8:1 c/r.
Some people feel it's an incorrect way to lower compression, and I tend to agree to a certian degree. It's like milling the head to get a higher c/r. It may not be the best option, but it gets the job done.
