Just use TurboEdit.

Crome can be used with obd0... if you convert to obd1

BRE is "bens rom editor"

ben ogle is the guys name. tech dork.

turboedit is fine. splitime tunes mine with me...and he has tuned his, and a few others. he also uses chrome on his other car.

turboedit has been good to us.

TurboEdit - for OBD0 non-vtec PM6/PR4 code
BRE - for OBD0 PR3/PW0 VTEC code

Crome will open and allow you to edit PR3 code, you can even use the real time programming features with the Ostrich, I have done this on an OBD0 PR3 equipped vehicle and it worked fairly well...not having datalogging was the suxor though.
