Camshaft question...
Ok, I need some help understanding. Definitions taken from internet searches.
Duration: How long the valve is held open. More, shifts the power curve up increases peak hp and tq.
Gross Lift: How much the valve lifts off it's seat. More lift does not shift power curve but does increase peak tq and hp.
Lobe Separation: Number of degrees that the points of highest lift on the intake and exhaust lobes are separated. Small lobe sep. has greater overlap, greater the overlap, the better top end power and diminished bottom end.
So...now that terminology is down for the most part, would it be far to say that if your shopping for a TURBO CAM that keeps your low end and increase top end power across the board, you would want a cam that slightly increases duration, big increases in gross lift, and keeps lobe separation smaller than stock to help bottom and spool time?
Am I asking too much here? Comments please!

Re: Camshaft question... (ELSpool)
That's the beauty of Honda's DOHC engines... Overlap can be "dialed in" using a set of cam gears. Also, you can adjust the (I'm not sure of the actual term) lobe slope beginning angle for the cam using the gears.
