I've ordered MANY things from him and have never had a problem. Everything was always shipped fast and he seemed like a real good guy.

I doubt it, I see these threads pop up every so often... too often for me to buy anything from them.

i hate these kinda threads.

i have no ties to 1320, and i have no ties to the thread creator.....but i feel for both of them.

i own and run a smalle construction business, and its tough sometimes..you get swamped for a while and even though your putting in TONS of hours, you still cant catch up in time sometimes....and you cant hire more people because you cant afford to pay the bills already!

i'm also a consumer. i spend a bit of money at smaller places, similar to 1320..and if anything is late, i'm pissed...

thats life though. 1320 seems to have been around a while, and i'm sure you'll get your stuff, but it does suck having it late....

look at it from both angles, and it sucks from both angles...

good luck to both parties.

its true business is business...and if you are truely in-capable of running a business, you shouldnt...but every business has tough times. things arent always perfect.

nobody should ever say they are sending it out "now" if they arent though....lying and success usually dont go hand in hand. good luck.

True... every business has it's own issues.

The only thing that would bother me in this case is, like you said, the lying. If the business owner is honest and explains the situation to the customer they most likely will not be mad. It's when the business person starts lying to try to save face that they get into trouble.

i had a problem with them too.

i ordered some lug nuts from them priority mail. and when they didn't come after 7 days i called them and they said they would get them out right away. i was out of town for 10 days or so and when i got back the lug nuts were still not at my house. (My order was called in, not online.)

its pretty funny, i NEVER canceled the order..... they just NEVER came.

i plan on giving them another shot however because i have heard good things.

I have had good and bad experiences with a lot of places. Hell, I have even gotten the runaround from Summit Racing a time or two.

I ordered a T3/TO4E 50 trim .63 a couple weeks ago and they said they had it in stock and it would ship right out. Called back a couple days later and they said they didn't have any and it would ship within the next 2 days. Didn't really bother me since I had been through the same thing with another company. Called back and got the tracking number and it said the data was submitted to fedex so I assumed it shipped. It didn't. Shipped like 4 days after the data was transmitted. To top it all off they sent us a 57 trim instead of the 50 we ordered. I called Tom directly and told him I think he sent us the wrong turbo and he said "don't worry what's on the packing slip it's right one" It's a 57. I confirmed the part number with the 57 that is on my B16 which by the way was the same thing through Spark Racing. Ordered a 50 trim, got a 57. His quote was "(3:45 PM 3/10/2005) SPARK RACING INC.: It should of been 57 or 60 trim both will work good on your set up" when he knew good and well I ordered a 50. Took me 3 weeks to get it too. What is it with some of these companies these days My other friend ordered a 50 through camp last week and it has a different part number than this 57 so we are trying to find out if it is infact a 50.

i wont buy from them again..... 3 times i was told that the item had shipped..... i was told it would be here in time for my install.... then i was told it would be overnighted for Monday delivery. Well, it showed up Tuesday afternoon. Mark appologized, but that **** only does so much..... my car was down for 3 extra days in someone else's shop.
