hi i have turbo 99 civic si
i have garrette t3/t4

which Cam is the best for my car?

Must be you have the french version of that turbo. By the way your car is a DOHC which means it has <U>D</U>ual <U>O</U>ver <U>H</U>ead <U>Cams</U>

the cams you have are good.... if you want more id go with ITR cams and some cam gears to dial out some of the overlap.
