Default Cam Timing and power bands....?

I have searched but can't find anything on Cam timing and the adjusting of them in a force inducted engine.

I have a Built B18c (stock sleeves) with a Full ITR top end. 9.8:1 compression with a T35. Victor X inlet, 3" down pipe - 2.5" GReddy exhaust. (In a CRX siR).

Now on this motor I have adjustable Cam gears. My power keeps being made even at redline 9k.
I don't want to go past this as I have ITR springs AND just not interested in revving any more.

I am making peak torque by around 4200rpm's and it holds pretty much till red line if anything only drops off 20ftlb.

Now would it be possible to play with the cam gears and bring the power band down? I would like to see peak HP at around 8500 rpms... I know I am using the wrong inlet (prolly best off with a Sk Pro2) but would like to see what the Victor X does at over a bar of boost. I'm currently running 0.5 bar.

So any info on Cam adjusting a boosted motor will go down very nice. My cams are ITR 98spec.

Many Thanks.

Also this is my Dyno sheet at 7psi.... I want Peak HP to be lower......
