cam sizing
i have fully built top to bottom b16t. I also have a set of skunk2 stg2 cams would those work great in my b16t or should i use something smaller? I want at least 400whp out of this set-up. your expertise is greatly needed....

Re: cam sizing (crvtkllr)
You can't just list the engine and cams, you need to look at the entire flow path from turbo inlet to exhaust tip. If you've got something that flows really well and has low exhaust manifold pressure then high duration cams will help. If you're running a log with a small T3 housing you might want to get some lower duration higher lift cams.
To measure EM pressure just put a bung on there with an extension hose that's metal and use a boost gauge. Coil the hose a few times to give it enough cool down area. There shouldn't be exhaust flow through it so it shouldn't melt as long as you carry the tube far enough from the manifold before using a rubber/silicone connector.
