I am in the process of getting parts to do my b18c turbo build and I plan on using some type r cams for the head. I was wondering which ones I should get as I see the exhaust cam is the same for a ITR and a CTR but the the specs are different for the intake side. Which would be a better cam for the intake side, the CTR or the ITR ? The head will get a port/polish and upgraded valvetrain if it makes any difference. Any help would be appreciated !
