Default Calling all 6 puck owners

I have a 97 accord daily driven that will see 10 to 12 psi. I bought a HDR6 ACT clutch kit for it cause it was conviniently priced low and brand new. Should i keep the R6 for my daily driven car or just get the SS.

I just need to know what its like ffrom someone who drives it daily and all year round

the heavy duty presure plate/6 puck disk is decnt on the street. not awhole lot of pedal pressure and it definitly gets the job done.

i have driven previous cars with xtreme pp/unsprung 6 puck on the street for about a year and i love'd it. i would definitly do it again. the chatter is not bad at all, only downfall is traffic....better have a "tough" left leg for the xtr6.

the heavy duty however is very tolerable, not near as bad as the xtreme.

ive had one for 2 years...its not too bad only when u hit that heavy traffic and you are really tired...or sometimes after a long day of work when ur legs are tired and just want to give in. but other than that its awesome. youll love how people give you that funny look when u do a 4th gear down shift and get a nice hefty scratch on the highway

On my z6 I have the extreme pressure plate and unsprung 6 puck disk and it has not slipped on me yet. I love the pressure and I daily drive it in traffic everyday like 60+ miles.

I love mine, most of the haters are the ones who never had one.
THat thing is on/off
The chatter on mine now is worse than all the rest of my 6 puc cars, i dont know why either

same here XTR6 and ACT Streetlite flywheel... I drive it daily and in a lot of traffic. not so bad once u get used to it. especially once it's broken in. mine used to be crazy when it first was installed.

have fun in traffic, be ready yo get some new tires. you will get use to it, it's really not that big of a deal! just takes a little practice.

its deff tolerable, but prob not needed for your application. The puck discs are a diff material then the street discs so for daily driving it will wear quicker. but man engagement is great as long as you can deal with everything else that goes with it . there is no in between , its either on or off.. i love mine
