buying another integra..need some help on engine and wat setup to go with??

Well i had an integra back in the day, now im interested in buying another one....and im not sure what setup to go with. Im def thinking of going with a B16 but im looking to turbo it and im not looking to spend crazy amounts of money.,but still make it dependable. would be real greatful with any feedback/information/and knowlege you would be able to help me with. thanks.

cheap - reliable - fast
you only get 2

knowing what i know now, which still aint much, boosted b16's are fun, BUT leaving at 8200 is hard on axles. i have a gsr in the works now. your engine choice should be based on your power goals.
