Whats up a lil stump on whats realy going on.

This morning i started my car and blew my fuel pump Fuse ? I turned my car on this morning to warm it up went in to grab something came back my car was off .I didnt know what was going on so ,I went to work.

Came back and did the first normal check's

spark was good
Blaster Coil Was fine

Pulled the spark plug wires out and noticed oil in my spark plugs and my spark plugs seemed burnt out.

So i bought a new valve cover gasket with the groment and new ngk iridiums spark plugs

Tried to turn it over and noticed ,I didnt hear my fuel pump so ,I check the fuse and it was blown Replaced the fuse and got in to try it agian.

My Rpm Tach was bouncing all over the place when ,I turned the key to turn the motor over. But the car turned on but sounds as if it has a Missing and My Tach was reading 6K Rpm but it was idling normal as if it was at 1k rpm Kinda Stumped on What going on anyway insight would help ?

Also the car running a jumper harness to a p06 chipped and tuned On Crome .
