Building motor, how much boost is safe?

Building motor, how much boost is safe?
alright I tried doing a search but no luck. I was thinking about building up my motor to run more boost. I was gonna go the cheap route and do Eagle rods/Srp pistons
What else do I need to "build" up my motor? This will be my first time so any help will be appreciated. I want over 300 horsepower to the wheels. Here is my setup
Integra LS B20b
Custom Turbo Setup
Intercooler
Hondata 2b
injectors
Clutch
ect.
I know I will have to get it machined and installed. What else do I have to get to push over 300 horsepower. My motor has high mileage so what do I need to change out to keep everything running nice and smooth. Do I need to resleeve? Whats involved doing that? I want to know everything I need to buy. Thanks turbo guys! I know I can count on my fellow honda-tech buddies.
