Default Build up suggestions

Alright fellas...I've decided to partially build my motor.

I'm starting with a b18c1 block, 9.0:1 CP pistons, eagle h beam rods, ACL bearings, ARP head studs (and rod bolts). That comprises the bottom end, I'm doing stock sleeve and crank (Because I've heard that stock crank is fine for almost any set up) and because I can't afford sleeves at the time. I will probably do stock head, if not with valves, springs, and retainers. I plan on using stock GSR cams. What I'm looking to find out is who all is running this set up and if they're having any problems? Any suggestions..I'll be using an ACT max xxtreme pressure plate and a Competition Clutch 6 puck sprung disc. I currently have a brand new full race t3/t67 h.o turbo (which I know is way too much) any suggested turbo sizes?...I was thinking of a t3/t40e possibly. When it comes to fuel and management, I was gonna run chrome pro, 1000cc injectors (over kill but thats always better) and a walboro 255lph...lmk what you think and any suggestions on the setup. Also, I plan on running stock axles (autozone replaces broken ones, no questions asked!..lol) And I dont plan on getting on slicks til I know the axles can handle it. All comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Sounds like a decnt setup, the GSR cams will work well i think...

Honestly i would keep that turbo, i mean yeah its definetly overkill but it allows you to make some really great numbers for the future, cuz we all know how fast XXXhp gets old...

I am not saying that the t-3/t-4 wont make well over 400whp its just my opinion that the t-3/t-67 will leave you more room in the future... but if lag is going to **** you off then ditch it...

Have fun, and if you want to trade for a brand new t-3/t-4oe i can help arange that for you.

Yes balancing is an extremely over looked important step in a properly built motor, expecially in motors that are reving quite high.

Improper balancing of rods/pistons/and crank will lead to premature bearing failure, waterpump failure, as well as vibrations strong enough to work loose main bolts and rods bolts. Balancing will usually run around $150-400 depending on the shop, and beleive me its worth it.
