build up questions. . . more boost.
im gonna build it real soon ,s tart collecting parts this week .
my question is , what kinda pwoer and boost will my turbo and injectors max out at ?
i know its hard to say , but a general idea?
i have the Garett t3/04e 60 trim .63 ar
and rc 550's
standard drag piping
im curious how much more boost i cna put thru it and stay efficient and still make loads of power.
im gonna rebuild prob for , Weisco 10:1, eagle rods, Darton sleeves, . . whats yall think about that set up , comments welcome

Do you have a standalone? I would say the injectors are good for 350WHP and the turbocharger is good for 410+WHP.

They will hold more then that...Cybernation is running a t3/t04 with a huge rebuild and "rc 440 cc injectors" and they are making 500+@20psi...
They will hold..

ahhhhhhh, thats what i like to hear.
you think its worth it for darton sleeves or should i roll with something else?
i would love to at least get mid to high 400's , if not 500, ahhh that would be sweet .

Pete, your 550cc were at 60% duty cycle when we were tuning. Your going to hit the limits at 350-375whp of the injectors. People are able to get 440cc to work with such high boost level since they increase the fuel pressure through the roof. This not only prematurely ruins the injectors, but the spray pattern isnt as good and eventually you will develop leaks in your fuel system if the pressure is high enough.
The turbo is good to around 450whp. The 60 trim is very efficient to around 24psi. The next largest turbo you can use is the 60-1. I have a brand new one at my house if you are interested. That can support 550whp, and will be efficient till around 28lbs.
Also, your intercooler wont be efficient past 350-375whp range. You'll need to get a larger core. I'd recommend the pwr cores, best for the money. Your intercooler piping will be fine for 600+whp, the piping size is not the restriction. If you do go with the whole rebuild a 3" dp and 3" exhaust are going to give you really noticable gains at the higher boost levels.

I wasn't trying to make a point of this but this is what I was trying to say

Your block will be able to handle the boost. It's up to you if you want to resleeve it or not. I have seen people make impressive power on stock sleeves. I have a buddy right now making 335.5FWHP on his 00 ITR (stock sleeves, ENDYN 9.0:1 pistons and Eagle rods).

Nothing that a three inch downpipe and three inch exhaust pipes couldn't help. CheezeFrog made 450+ on stock sleeves. That would be pushing it with me. I'm shooting for 400+WHP but my block was resleeved, bored and o-ringed by GEM (I also have 756cc injectors, 255lph high pressure fuel pump, etc., etc.).
