i would say get 10.5:1 forged pistons or maybe a bit higher and u should be fine with a 120 shot direct.

Get some GOOD quality stainless valves in there or pay the consequenses!

Exhauast valves burn easy in hondas on NOS. 10.5 or 11:1 would be nice in the ITR.. stock pistons should be ok, just keep the NOS shot dead on, or even a little Rich...

hahaha I already paid the consequences lol I got skunk2 valves now I believe they should be good enough...so you think 120 should be ok? I do have cam gears and a VAFC I guess I would need a new fuel pump though huh? maybe injectors?

deffinately new fuel pump. . . i dont remember if you got an ignition, but thats a good idea. i dont think youll need injectors though. dyno it 1st before wasting money. find out if shes leaning out for sure.

Keith, I like my Walbro 255, but since you are running such a high shot of Nitrous, you may want to go with the 317. The humming sound gets annoying, but after a while, you don't even notice it. I'll look around and find one for you. Easy install - my price free

i recommend stainless steel valves and je pistons with eagle or crower rods. you'll be able to push a 200 shot if you got enough fuel. Tony Fuchs had that back in the day.

Hey any of guys in Orlando change out valve stem seals? I need to get that done along with my valves getting adjusted. I am pretty sure the seals are shot. blowing little smoke out.

**** our cars up? mines already fucked up, i wanna fix this ******!! haha no i just need to change out the friggin valve stem seals and then buy a new intake and redyno her. I want at least 200 to the wheels all motor, I know its in there..

I say forged pistons because stock cast pistons will break from the extra heat and pressure from the nos. I'm sure there's a pic of a piston exploded when a big shot of nos is used and its stock. its pretty ugly.

do it right the first time!

FAST-who had a buzz on last night and right now as I type!!

I've heard from a NOS expert on the FI board that nitrous loves compression..

I would go with either 10-10.5:1 but definitely a FORGED piston..

Definitely get springs and retainers, that's a worthwhile investment to prevent valve float..

ARe you revving to 9 grand ? if not your stockers will work fine. depends on your budget? how much did your valves set you back?

I wonder how your car would run if we put my cams in your motor...hmm

REading my honda builders handbook for nitrous you want to open up the exhaust flow up to 110 percent. There's really nobody around here that I know of or trust to do headwork in orlando. You need to indicate to the porter what you are doing to your engine, what cams, how big a shot of nos, compression etc and he will (or should) port it accordingly. You don't want big hogged out ports that are designed for 10000rpm usage and sacrifice your low-midrange. Just a bit of advice..
