Default to build...or not to build...my D

ok i had planned on building the sohc right away...but then i got to thinkin. maybe i should just keep it stock and boost away. im only lookin for around 225whp for now...have a little fun with it (actually A LOT) until it blows...which by then ill have my spare z6 built and ready to be dropped in...sound like a good plan? this is my first time boosting so im looking for advice

Enginement manangement is key, 225whp is not a problem on stock D16 internals as long as the tune is good. Boost away.
