umm i don't think i would go with a 11.0:1 compression ratio. if you want your block sleeved and honed i would talk to someone at full race i am pretty sure thats who i'm going to go through to get my block sleeved and honed. then i'm gonna put the pistons and rods in when i get it back. i'll be using 84mm-84.5mm pistons with a 9.0:1 compression. and like 25-30psi.

i wouldnt go with a 11.1 either, you said you wanted a "street turbo civic" if you were planning on driving this car besides at the track running alchol isnt that practical.

o forgot to tell, I'm from Brazil, here alcohol is available on every gas station, and is much cheaper than gas, all turbos here run on alcohol with up to 20psi on stock engines

for block builds you can have "earl" build you a block with benson sleeves, or Golden eagle can build you a block, along with numerous other companies. which one of those companies would ship to brazil is a whole nother story....

we pay around $1 for alcohol here and with fully build engines you see boost pressures around 35 to 40 psi ON THE STREETS. But the most popular modified cars here are VW and GM ecotec.
