Default Broken S300?

Sorry guys but I posted this in em too but I have come to realize all the smart people dabble in the forced induction forums. So it all started the other day when I cranked my car up and it sounded like a wrx. wtf so I pop the hood and notice fuel spitting out of my exhaust mani (the bolt furthest to the left is stripped so it does have a small leak). So I assumed my injector was stuck opened. After 2 hours of tring to figure out wth was up we hooked a voltameter up and found injector 4 was pushing 30.4 volts in ac current. This was also coming from the ecu. So I switched the ecu's today and sure enough it worked fine. I took the s300 out and notice a little scorth mark on a2 which is the injector I was having trouble with. I then opened it up and notice a burn spot where a electrode, resistor, diode, or whatever the hell it is used to be attached. The fuc up electrode has Q3 above it and E1(i think) beside it, its in between diodes numbered c64 and c13. All stickers are stripped off the ecu but I think its a p74 usdm intergra ls. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Brett
Oh yeah I tried searching on hondata's website but everything says contact a dealer. If I got the proper resistor could I solder it back on? (I have a friend thats really good with this kind of **** so he would be doing the soldering(.

In other words does anyone have a number to hondata so I can send this **** off
