Breaking in the new beast
I was shown this by a friend and am curious to hear anyones rebutle to his theories on break in. I have a lot of money in my car now and mostly the engine. I dont want to do anything but the best thing for the engine. Also, how does this conmflict with the clutch break in? If I break in the engine this way, the new clutch will not be broken in properly? Right?
I am really curious to hear varying opinions, this is facinating to me.

WoW
Great info you got there but I think EARL had already posted a how to break in thread
And tha
s how I broke in my motor*put it together, start it and let smoke clear, then make sure nothing's leaking, go drive around the block or so to see if it runs right
Then I headed straight to the dyno
