BRAND NEW B18C1 ISSUE!!
Well, I just recently installed my new built motor in to my teg. I had a turboed gsr before this motor. Now the car is running on a hondata s300 with a turbo program that is set up for the use of 440cc fuel injectors. The motor itself is currently in naturally aspirated form but is using 440cc injectors with a walbro255lph pump. It idles around 1,500 an I can not get it down any more than that.
Okay now the problem is that I had a bad iacv because the hondata was not reading it. So the motor now has currently 40miles on it an I just changed the iacv. Now after changing that sensor im pouring out raw fuel out of cylinder number one. I have no clue on why id be pouring fuel other than maybe the turbo map has too much fuel going to the motor an it can not all be burned?
Anyway can anyone help me out here?

Dude your car is tuned for a turbo app.. Which requires more fuel. Take out your hondata and throw a stock p72 in there it should run okay. You could at least limp it to a tuner. dont rev past 3k

Yes I do understand that the car is tuned to run for a turbo application, but why does the car run normal when the (IACV) is not plugged in? With the (IACV) not plugged in the car ran fine for its first 40miles.

If he sticks in a p72 ecu and keeps the 440cc injectors in he will flood his motor with too much fuel on the cylinder walls.

Are you using a peak&hold injectors with a resistor box? The circuitry for IACV goes thru that section of the wiring harness. Check to make sure everything is wired in correctly if so.

That ecu wont run that motor correct, you need to put the stock ecu and injectors back in and drive to your tunner carfully, once there install the injectors and hondata ecu back in and have him tune it.

If the car ran fine for 40 miles with the IACV unplugged, you have a MASSIVE VACUUM LEAK somewhere between the throttle body and intake valves. When a gsr is built correctly, it should only idle at 400rpm with the IACV unplugged. When there is a small leak, it will usually just hunt for idle (rev up & down) - a large leak will make it idle high. If it is a 94-95 t-body, check the FITV hanging off the bottom, they loosen up internally and leak after a decade.
Also, if it was tuned with the broken IACV, many things can be "off" when you fix it and don't retune your ems's idle areas.

Re: BRAND NEW B18C1 ISSUE!!
Here's the motor specs
b16a2 head
laskey racing three angle valve job, ported
Supertech stainless steel valves
Supertech titanum valve springs an retainers
type r camshafts
edelbrock victor x intake manifold
Bdl 68mm throttle body
aem fuel rail/ aem fpr/ aem fuel filter
rc 440cc fuel injectors
obd2 gsr dizzy
msd 8.5mm wires/ blaster coil
Block 1995 gsr 81.5mm
cp 9:1 compression pistons
eagle forged connecting rods
acl bearings
Stock LS Micropolished crankshaft
moroso 5.5qt oil pan
new gaskets,seals
new water pump
new oil pump
b18a1 crankpulley
The intake manifold only has two vaccum lines. 1. for the map sensor. 2. For the brake booster. All other holes are plugged. The tune is my old stock turbo gsr's which was set for 10psi on hondata s300. The throttle body is also bypassing the coolant lines.
I just took the car around the block an it ran fine without the (IACV) plugged in. The idle was at around 1,400-1,500rpm.
Plan of attack is going to be swapping in the stock 240cc injectors an run a obd1 p72 gsr ecu for the break in period.
Oh an the rc 440cc injectors are saturated. After break in period im swapping in precision 1000cc injectors with a reisistor box for the use of when I turbo it

Re: BRAND NEW B18C1 ISSUE!!
check the fuel pressure regulator. may have a hole in the diaphragm leaking into the vacuum line. just take the vacuum line off and see if there is fuel there
