Brakes how to lock the rear

I think i may need some help here in this area.On my crx when i am at the track and on the line to launch ,when i pulled the hand brake to hold the car so i can burnout to warm the slicks ,the car just wont stay and so i can do a good burn out ,so i can pull a1.6 60ft .Can someone help me with an illustration or picture of a braking system i can install to help hold the car stationery to burn these mickey thompson slicks (13x8.5x24.5) Thanks on the help soon .

LOL. The parking brake is not a line lock.
You need to install a line lock. It's a solenoid you install in the lines going to the brakes (in this case the rear brakes) which allows you to keep pressure in the line.

can you send me pic of what i need to purchase .Or tell me who i can talk to to aid me with my problem,man at times i feel like giving up,but yesterday i took it to the Dyno made 397.2 WHP &358FT TQ @7900 RPM and still doing 12.98 and 13.0 i know there is a few more things need to be sorted out .Guys i need help.

I think i saw a brake system with a a master cylider and a handle attach to it located near to where the hand brake is. Can someone sent me that link with the pictures. thanks alot. I think it was on a hatch back civic.

Why wouldn't using the e-brake be considered the same thing as a line-lok?
What I see a lot at the track is the car keeps going foward during the burn out because the rear tires are being draged however, the weels aren't moving.
I heard that cars with not enough power will do this. If your e-brakes are holding, maybe your problem is that your not dropping it at a high enough rpm to break the wheels free. If you spin them slower, you get more traction and that's why it drags.

An e-brake is not a line lock. The e-brake only puts slight pressure on the rear shoes. A line lock holds full pressure. If you have enough power to drag your rear tires you are running full racing slicks anyway and don't need a big burnout.
