boxer?

I drive 97 civic, b16, k26T and my car sounds like a boxer..Anybody know why?
If I drive in 5th gear at 30MPH you can hear typical boxer sound..
I've got 2000 miles on it..

my setup..
b16 stock sleeves
eagle rods, GSR pistons, stock head, BKR7E
The car runs fine..but I'm worried why boxer sound..Maybe ringlands?

why are you going 30 mph in 5th gear?

good question. I *sometimes* shift into 5th while only going 40-50 a completely flat road/downhill. I thought that was even early haha.

Ok, same **** is if car runs at idle..

you probably have blown ringlands, my car's sounded like a WRX before and that was why... time for some new pistons
