Ok if i do decide to go turbo i would want to get a BOV for it. My friend says you can get one that vents back into the system and it will still pass smog with it. Is this true if so who makes it and are they street legal and do they have a carb number??? thx for the help guys

 

as I understand no aftermarket BOV has a CARB exemption. it does not matter if it recirculates, since your car did not come with a turbo. you cannot add an IC, either, I understand. though, I am not from Cali. damn the man.
