i searched but couldent really find the answer... im planin on buyin the HKS SS BOV.. i was wondering if it comes with all the neccessary things to install it? i see thye sell the flanges seperate so thats why im wondering.. thanks... 
Best quality BOV i've ever seen. especially the sealing process it uses. excellent for high boost and never leaks.
