well turbo's done. My problem is that the bov makes no noise, What could it be. I have a drag turbo kit. I haven't got any guages yet. Thoes are in the mail. I also don't have the downpipe connected to the exhast yet. At what rpm should my turbo start to spool, on my 2000 honda civic ex

 

what BOV are you using? adjust it until you it's functioning properly (letting out pressure promptly after the t.b. closes, but not leaking before).

 

Where do you have the bov tapped in for the vaccum source?
