Bosch Pump need help Identifying
I am getting ready to convert my turbo car to E85 and I was going to buy a Bosch 044 pump. I was telling a friend about it and he gave me a Bosch High Flow Fuel Pump that he had bought for a previous project. The number is 0 580 254 996 and I'm having difficulty getting information on the flow rate of this particular pump. Somebody help me out here guys.

Re: Bosch Pump need help Identifying
That is a pump as used in Volvo 240's with k-Jetronic which is a high pressure mechanical fuel system. It's a decent pump and like most b osch pumps performs well with high system pressures.
They're good for 400-450whp with a decent in-tank pump feeding them.
Edit: never mind that is from a naturally aspirated 240 not a turbo. Turbo's use the 984. I don't know what the 996 flowes but presumably less than the turbo pump.

Re: Bosch Pump need help Identifying
Well I'm wanting to go to E85 and my setup already made 464 on pump with a walbro 255. I'm installing a surge tank and mounting this Bosch inline to feed the engine w/ the Walbro feeding the Surge. Think I'll have an issue? Here's some pics
