hey all, after much deciding.. iv almost chosen to bore my b16a out to 1727.25cc's with an 84.5mm bore (also sleeving it also to 84.5mm) and order my 84.5mm pistons...
but.. i was just wondering... if i chage my bore size does that mean i need a larger headgasket.. ie 84.4mm instead of or would i just get my mechain shop to bore out a new headgasket also ?
also is there anything else i need to do to my engine... once its bored / sleeved to tell the hondata ecu that it can now pump more fuel in bc its a 1727cc engine ???
b/w iv gone for a 9:1 JE pro ratio pistons with new Eagle rods... also for my engine rebuild.
Regards James

i was also curious to the answer to that question because i am sending my ls block out to golden eagle this week and boreing it out to 84.5, i am thinking that maybe i could use a b20 headgasket and trim it though. might work.
