Default boosting w/ ECU chip programmed for NA

I have a b16a2 in my EG running on a chipped P28 that I bought from IH8RICERZ. The chip was programmed for an NA application. I just got a revhard turbo kit for my EG, is it safe to run just 4psi on this chip for now? would retarding the timing from the distributor help any?

You can ask around but most people will tell you do it yourself. Reason being every car is different and nobody wants to be responsible for tuning your car when they are 2500 miles away from it.

PM me if you need more info
