Default boosting hot and high

what sort of adjustments and compensations can be made for boosting in a hot and dry enviorment like arizona. arizonas elevation is also far above sea level PHX 2000 i think?

These factors would allow more boost then a cooler sea level enviorment correct?
so if u boosted say 7 psi in a cooler sea level city what would u have to have your psi at a hotter (say 20 degrees hotter and 1500 feet higher altitude) to get the same output.

(im assuming same psi the cooler sea level place would put out more whp and trq. then AZ.)

as far as ambient air pressure, the turbo is going to do its best to boost to the set level controlled by the wastegate

for temperature, hotter air has less oxygen, you will be slower in hotter climates. all you can do is raise the boost to compensate, or cool the air somehow.

i personally do not raise boost to compensate. your motor is workin hard enough anyway. i just rejoice in the winter when my car is so fast.
