Thats more like it ;-)
Will he need to sleeve the block?
Suppliers that will ship to the UK too is useful as we're over here.
What Turbo would u recommend, with a fast spool up time if possible

you dont HAVE to sleeve the block, its just extra insurance...theres people making over 400hp with stock cylinder walls...
i would say go with...
hondata
CP/Endyn Pistons
Pauter/Manley Rods
ARP goodies

Sleeves are nice but aren't required for 350whp. We ship to Europe daily. As for a turbo recommendation, I'd recommend a Turbonetics TO4E/T3 or Precision SC50. These turbos will support the power you're looking to push while offer quick spool up.

Cheers,
As for turbo manifolds, would a tubular Stainlees one offer gains over a cast log style?
Also is an external wastegate preferable to an internal one with a actuator?

In most instances, the gains are minimal. IMO, compared to the added cost (several hundred doallars), the slight gains aren't worth the added expense.
An external wastegate is nice to have and will be more accurate at high pressures but an internal wastegate setup will cost less.
