None of you people know what you are talking about.

A stock B-series engine properly tuned handles about 300whp. PSI means nothing, anyone who says your engine can handle X PSI by default has no clue what they are talking about. If you had 10 PSI on a T-25 turbo you might not even break 200whp.

Si is bluer, is at least half right cause he used a Greddy kit as an example and we know what size turbo Greddy send with their B16 kits. At least he knows that turbo size matters.

Anyways,

But to give the original poster another answer. If the kit has your average sized T3/T4B or T3/T4E or even a Greddy kit, then on that B16 you should probably stick to 7-8 PSI. That right should be good for around 250-275 WHP, but your results may vary. Even if it is a straight T3 or T25 I would say keep it around 7-8 psi and see how much power it makes. You'll probably see around 200-225 WHP with a small turbo. You can try raising the boost a little to squeeze some more power out of it, just be careful. Even if yous stay below the 300 HP mark mentioned above you can still damage your motor if you aren't careful.
