Default boosting accord

ive got about 147xxx miles on the motor.
ive been asking around and people have been telling me i need to get it built.

my question is. do i have too many miles on the motor to boost without upgrading parts? im thinking about running 10 psi.
i tried searching for tips for high mileage motors. but i couldnt find anything
