My Demon died and am waiting on it to be repaired/replaced to do anything with the cams.

I did change the .63ar to an .82, boost went up at the same duty on the EBC. I don't have too much else to report.

Fist pass on slicks

Needs more burnout.

1.88 60
12.2@118

Best of the day was 11.9@119 only got 3 passes before rain running on a 10lb spring trying to get a handle on things before I try to push it.

Just a guess likely 325-350 going by the MPH.
Short track was bad..I don't have the slip with me. Spun 2nd pretty bad that pass if you got the audio. 11.9 pass was within 1mph. I'm going to stick to this power level until I can run a consistent 11.5 or better.

24.5" slicks

5th pass on slicks

http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e182/crixzc/1183.mp4

1.83 60
7.6 @ 97 1/8
11.83 @ 119.5

Other than my shitty shifting the mph seems like it should be higher up top.

Never got my ectune serial even with daily contact with Calvin, guess he is swamped in the "jungle".

Street tuned to get afr's reasonable no timing work yet still working off a 10lb spring on the gate.

Really like this setup. After constant back and forth internal delibertions as to what turbo I am going to run, I have pretty much sold myself on this one. I will be running this turbo (5858SP) with the .82ar exhaust housing, Full race ac ramhorn, and Skunk2 tuner 1s. Def. hoping to push the higher 400s on this with pump gas and see if i can hit the 600 whp mark on Race gas.

In for more updates, keep up the good work!

.82ar has been a huge help with reducing the boost pressure/back pressure required to get above 400.

Have you had it retuned again? If so how did you get on? Have you got a comparison dyno graph?

Seems that with my 1/8th being close to 100mph my 1/4 mph should be a bit higher

Still something strange going on at 7K

not necessarily back to back just a graph of each, i just wanted to see how it moved the power band for the 5858. Did the .82 make make more power on same boost(or same power with less boost) with your set-up?

thanks for the 6262 graph post, im nowhere close to boosting but i figured i would go with the .82 for the top end for drag on a 5857/5858/3071/or 3076 so similar to your set-up... and the graph makes me lean even more towards the .82... more power >5.5k i would deff have that compared to power <5.5k.

Thanks for that post.

I dont even have anything I can compare, the car lost a good bit of power on the GSC cams until I went with the .82. With S2 cams it makes about the same power on the .63 as I am with the GSC's and the .82, I even have mixed in different tuning software between all of the changes due to my Demon needing replaced.

interesting GSC/.82 making same power as S2/.63.... was there any benefit of the GSC cams/.82 compared to the S2/.63? or pretty much the same all around?
