Boosted iab question
Hey guys new here but I've been a long time lurker. I'll try to keep this short as possible thank in advance for the help. So I've just started gathering parts for my b18c turbo build. Have a healthy 97 obd2 gsr with bolt ons (stock IM) as it sits right now. Gonna be daily driven and pushed every now and then or when I wanna have some fun. Target peak goal 360whp hopefully that'll keep me reliable for atleast 20,000 till I have coin to build the block

Arp studs
Garrett 50 trim .63 a/r (freshly rebuilt and balanced)
Inline pro log mani ,Tial 38mm 8psi (do I need elbow to keep from creeping?)Tial bov ,Ebay pipes ,600hp front mount ic, 450cc blue tops 255 warlboro Greedy ebc
Tuning with Crome pro on p72 w/ harness
I've decided to keep the stock intak mani with the iab's from what I've read about low end power and torque abilities with them. I've decided to try and tune myself atleast basemap and getting it close myself. My question is if I'm looking to b in full boost around 4500rpms should I open the iab's just before peak boost or before I start building boost at all? And then just get the vtec crossover tuned on a dyno?
