i boosted my civic but im not getting vtec...when i took it to the tuner he tried almost everything but vtec didnt come on...
i went to pick n pull to look for a solenoid and the rest of the thing vtec thing.....on a vx when u put the orfice looking thing it pops up but when i took my solenoid off it looks flushed....btw my civic is a d16z6 and the vx is d15z1

so my question is...is the orfice looking thing suppose to look flush or pop up before putting the solenoid on...
