Hks gt2510 ball bearing turbo(thermal coated, and slightly ported housings)
revhard manifold, modified for t25
custom 2 1/4 piping
hks ssq blow off
custom back door intercooler(i know its a baby one)
custom 3 inch downpipe
apt vband t25 outlet

yeah im planning on running aem ems...but i needed to boost it...so i threw together the fmu and missing link... its only 5 psi so it should be fine for right now.

but im surprised 5 psi is pretty quick. and its steady 5psi

dude you guys are scareing me...i didnt knwo this many people knew me.

well on the topic of running...its got an issue

i posted it in a seperate thread. but ill say it here to, it has a nice buck and hesitation at medium throttle and full...but the boost and spool are steady and smooth... i think its either missing link, or plugs.

Nice setup. Can't wait to see the kind of power you will make when you get the AEM EMS and up the boost.

Chip an OBD1 computer to boost and have much better control over things for not much more cost. PM me if you need pointed in the right direction.

if it doesnt help try gapping to .28 , most people say that even .30 is too much

well

i swapped the plugs. to the zfr6j-11s regapped to .32, didnt have a sparkplug gapper gauge so used feeler gauges(2 together to be exact)

cleaned the missing link really well

and advanced the timing to 10 degrees

then i tightened the wastegate acutator arm, becaue the flapper valve is rattling... not a good idea....it then boosted to 7psi...i dont want to run that just yet...

so stopped by sears, borrowed some tools.. put it back...5psi again...still rattles too

the hesitating and bucking its mostly gone...but its still some what there...only slightly though...
