Default boosted b20v ecu help!

Ill be running a GT35R for my setup. I have a p06 chipped to a p28 ecu. Ill be running between 12 - 14psi. What fuel and engine management will i need to run my set up? Will i need to change my map sensor? Do i need to change my ecu?

use crome for ecu management. as for you map sensor, if you plan to run over 1.5(14.7ish psi) you should be fine.

also be VERY carefull with boosting a b20..never mind its vtec. make sure u get a good tune. thin cyclender walls.

1 bar is 14.7 psi. you stock map sensor wont read that high, it wil only read i believe 10psi or something like that. just get a 3 bar map sensor from greddy, they are cheap and reliable.

b20s were NEVER vtec. the cylinder walls are not thin. just make sure you are going to get a vtec crank girdle if you do decide to put a vtec head on it to not get crank walk.

if you want a cheap reliable engine management, chrome or chrome pro is the way to go. a lot of high horsepower cars are running chrome without flaws.

as for fuel, how much power do you plan on making? then i can give you a ball park range on your injector size you will need and if you will need another fuel pump.

hope that help young grasshoppa

with 12-14 psi,. a stock map sensor will be fine. your tuner will just use the final columns reflected as 14psi. however, if you want precise tuning, a stock map sensor only reads up to 11psi. which I believe, is really negligible. youre running a single boost anyway.

b20vtec is fine. but with a 35r? youre talking about 350whp. its a ticking time bomb for me. (sleevewise and piston) unless you plan to upgrade sleeves and pistons.

you do not have to change ecu. Crome will run on p28.

I am putting in Arias 9:1 pistons, eagle h beam rods, eagle knife edged crank. I am looking to make between 350 - 400whp and yes im running a b16 head. Ill also be installing a darton block guard and gsr or itr griddle (i forget what one). Since my computer is USDM would it just be better to buy the honda S300, would i need anything else?

yeah! go ahead with s300 if you have money. if not, theres always crome.

well, i have s300 but i used crome anyways just to prove that crome is very capable of extreme power.

knife edge crank? i dont think that will really help. you can not do that,.

matter of a fact. the hondata S300 will be the best for you. for 600 bucks you cant beat it. it offers more than chrome, neptune together. its bad ***

edit: damn its been mentioned already.
