Default boost+Vtec

Hi honda-tech ppl.
I have B16 + xs engineerin turbo kit (stage2), and I have a problem after vtec engage, there is no torque and starts popping - mxture were too rich.
After lean (now 10.5-11 afr) I checked fuel tables and found that air cosuption is too low. The car run strong only on small lobes.
The cam are spoon, tried degreeing them but it doesnt work.
I can get JDM ITR spec 96 cams - will they solve my problem?
stock b16+ cometic 0.72 HG
ems: hondata s300
run 9 psi.
thank you in advance and sorry for my english - this is not my native language, i am from Russia.

ITR cams a little smaller then the spoon sport cams, so figured if i can reduce overlap it can help.
Ambient T +5 C , IAT is 35-40c,EGT 800 C (full throtle) elevation approx 500 meters above sea level

for the americans
Ambient temp= 41*F
IAT= 95*F to 104*F
EGT= 1472* F
Elavation= 1640 feet

work on your AFR's and how are you degreeing your cams? with a cam fixture kit or by cam gears ? you may want to do both and retune the car.

I have adjustable cam gear - so I tried to gegreeing them both advance and retard - expecting that air cosumption will rise on the vtec lobes. For example i have 55% of duty cycle on low cams@6000 rpm, and only 65% on vtec @8000 rpm. injectors are RC750cc.
AFR is rich but the mixture permanent 10.5-11

Thanks for everyone reply.
My Civic has a straihgt catback since the car were NA, it might be restrictive, but not critical 60mm (2.5).
I do not use the car now, it is rainy and cold.
I keep this afr because the car not tuned well yet, and will continue as second rain stops.

my problem solved, on itr cams car run like it shoul be.
I have torque after vtec kicks in, air consumption rise (goal afr is 11.5, boost - 9 psi).
Spoon cams did not work at all in vtec lobes, at least on my setup.
stock b16, cast log mani, avo-turbo with t25 footprint(based on gt2871 internal gate) 2.5 exhaust - as you can see t25+log mani+internal gate and 2.5" pipe - make exhaust restrictive.

any inputs are wellcome
