Default boost spikes leak something need help

i have a log manifold turbonetics t3/t4 turbo. I have 8psi spring when i hit 8psi it will go down to 6psi after 5500 rpms. i did a leak test on my intercooler piping its ok. i have a boost controler when i turn the boost up it does the samething always a 2 psi drop what could cause this.

i am running off the compressor housing its a deltagate wg

i would but i got a whole new setup in the works (not going to uses the deltagate) i guess i will deal with it for a few more months.
